| I've seen MULAN 5 times, and I just love it. It's my favorite Disney movie ever. I love Cri-kee, he's so cute! But why does he only have four legs? I think it should win some awards at the next Academy Awards, at least for Best Score, if not Best Pictue. It is a very powerful film, and I think everyone should see it. And by the way, it's Khan. Great Site too! |

I am too old for any disney movie. When my fiancee dragged me to the theater to see Mulan, I felt miserable. But I was so impressed by this movie right from the beginning to the very end. We both declared it the best disney ever.
The movie is full of amazingly detailed expressive animations. You do not feel like they are cartoons, but real characters. Every scene is a very beautiful painting of the oriental style. The songs are great. Every thing is so artistic, delicate, moving, touchy, elegant, ....I can go on and on.

| Just because you are Chinese does not mean you know the story; and just because you are not Chinese does it mean you are ignorant of the story of Mulan. I'm not Chinese, but I've known this story since I was 8 when my 3rd grade teacher read a children's book adaptation of the story to the class. Also, many versions have different family names: Hua, Fa, and even Cheung. Who gives a care if the story is 100% accurate or not? It's not a docu-drama. Even Titanic had historical flaws. I personally enjoyed the film Mulan (it brought back some memories) and so did my little girl. Forget the fact that the film is an adaptation; forget the fact that the characters are supposed to be Chinese; forget the fact that it's a cartoon; just watch it because it's a great film to watch. Capiche? |

| I personally think that Mulan is Disney's best film ever made! I think that it has a great plot,script,great music,and superb animation. This movie is a winner.I have only seen it 3 times and I wanna see it again!I give it 2 thumbs up! I know they didn't use Alan Menken this year,but Mathew Wilder is just as ingenius! This movie rocks! This movie makes "Hercules" look stupid! They have impressed me greatly and I think it will be enjoyed by audiences all over the world. I think it will be enjoyed by families for many generations to come. |

| Mulan was a great movie, tough a bit historically inaccurate. I hve researched the subject a good deal, and I feel that the Emperor may not have honored Mulan quite as highly as he did if he'd known she was a woman. And in some places, it IS Fa Mulan, although Hua is more common. Many people have changed the story of Mulan long before Disney ever took it into their heads to make it a movie, so I don't think we should crucify them for it. The film looks great, and is very well acted, despite my surprise. See Mulan, because it is one of the best films of the summer |

| I thought it was okay although the story progressed a little too fast and the songs were kind of blah. Entertaining maybe, but definitely not disney's best, no matter what u guys say.(and by the way, it's HUA Mulan, NOT Fa Mulan. I'm Chinese, I should know.)I also agree with what someone had said previously about the emperor bowing to Mulan. Historically, emperors were very important personages and it is unlikely that the emperor would actually bow to a commoner, even if he or she had saved his life. However, generally Mulan was quite a good movie and the animation was quite good. Watch if you don't mind the differences in story line or have nothing better to do. |
