Administrator Classes
The Admin class is the general class composed of Bot Owners and Bot
Masters. These are the people who made decisions about long-term
aspects of the channel (like new operators and moderators, and setting
permanent bans).
The Bot Owners are the few people who have the technical knowledge to
make Copper jump servers, and perform other mundane administrative tasks.
In addition to having all the commands available to a Bot Owner, Bot
Masters can shut Copper down.
